18 new names added to the 2016 line up

Next year’s line-up is starting to take shape with the addition of Megadeth, Disturbed, Dropkick Murphys, Foreigner, Down, Killswitch Engage, Sixx:A.M., Pennywise, Powerwolf, Obituary, Paradise Lost, Eisbrecher, Firewind, Shining (se), Tesseract, Thy Art Is Murder, God Dethroned and Norma Jean. These 18 new acts take the total number of confirmed bands to 51.

New: festicabins and bungalows

There’s a new kid in Metal Town: as of now we’re also letting festicabins. These highly compact modern duo pods are equipped with all basic amenities including a covered terrace, a USB charger and a double bed for all you lovebirds.

Another novelty are the bungalows in holiday village Sunparks Kempense Meren, at approx. 15 km from the festival site. Amongst others, this offer includes a fun welcome package and use of a free shuttle bus to and from the festival site. Naturally you can also go for a dip in the park’s subtropical Aquafun water paradise.
